Tokyo, Yotsuya "Hotel de Mikuni",

Traveled to France via "Augus de Jules Merveille" in Nihonbashi.

After returning to Japan, he worked as a chef at "Augu de Jour Merveille Hakata" for four years.
After a period of preparation, on April 6, 2016, Fukuoka's Nishinakasu "L'eau Blanche" opened.
